Responsibilities:

• Set Up/ Break down for parties in designated areas
• Communicate with parents re: food orders, timing, and load in/out
• Assist guests with wristbands, skate rentals, and overall direction
• Assist with food preparation
• Serve food & beverage to party guests
• Clean up party area
• Calculate and accept final payment for the party
• Notify supervisor if additional supplies are needed

Requirements:

• Part-Time (up to 40 hours during camp weeks) (April Vacation, Summer)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• High level of responsibility and accountability
• First aid, CPR, and additional training may be required or beneficial
• Physical ability to participate in activities such as skating, running, lifting, etc.
• Ability to pass a background check, a physical, and provide proof of immunizations
• Experience working in camps, with children, or with specific activities preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting campers as they participate in off-ice activities
• Monitoring campers
• Cleaning, maintaining and ensuring proper use of Warrior Ice Arena and the TRACK at new balance facilities and equipment
• Transport campers between facilities on a daily basis in a timely and safe manner
• Reporting and recording details of incidents
• Well versed in emergency procedures and enforcing camp policies -Participating in team meetings
• 16 years or older -Upbeat, engaging personality

Requirements:

• Assisting guests at our concession stand & skate rental
• Cleaning our concession stand & concourse areas
• Preparing “made to order” food
• Event set-up/breakdown (tables/chairs/catering/etc) & assisting with events
• Perform cashiering duties
• Food & beverage experience preferred, but not required
• Sharpening skates & skate guard
• Cleaning of facility (locker rooms/bathrooms/hallways/etc.) & General Housekeeping

We are looking for an outgoing and energetic person to join our team as a skate guard! This position is responsible for keeping the ice safe and fun for all!

Requirements:

• Proficiency in skating is a must

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the skating rink to ensure safety protocols are followed by all guests

• Enforce rules and manage conflicts or unruly behavior with professionalism and tact

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering guidance, and creating a friendly atmosphere

• Helping with getting people onto and off ice during ice cuts

• Weekends are required (12-2:30)

• Opportunity to work Friday nights and event days
