We are looking for a M.O.D/ Ice Resurfacer Operator to join our team.  This job is responsible for managing staff on duty, plus operating the Olympia and maintaining the ice.  

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Ice Resurfacer operating experience
• At least 1 year of Managerial Experience
• At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage guest services staff during each shift
• Possess a commitment to providing top-notch customer service
• Reconcile Cash Drawers and Operate Point of Sale
• Operate ice resurfacer
• Perform ice maintenance
• Take readings from ice plant
• Report any issues/concerns to management
• Facility maintenance & housekeeping
• Open and close facility
• Reports directly to Operations and Facility Manager

• Support player growth and team development by planning practices, providing feedback, mentoring athletes, and fostering a fun, motivating atmosphere.
• Ensure a safe and professional experience while collaborating with coaches and staff and maintaining high standards for player engagement and development.

We are looking for an outgoing and energetic person to join our team as a skate guard! This position is responsible for keeping the ice safe and fun for all!

Requirements:

• Proficiency in skating is a must

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the skating rink to ensure safety protocols are followed by all guests

• Enforce rules and manage conflicts or unruly behavior with professionalism and tact

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering guidance, and creating a friendly atmosphere

• Helping with getting people onto and off ice during ice cuts

• Weekends are required (12-2:30)
