- Umbrellas that do not collapse to 12 inches or less
- Drones
- Hoverboards, scooters, wheeled shoes, e-bikes
- Flammable items
- Laser pointers
- Unsportsmanlike language or conduct
- Inappropriate signage
- Drugs/alcohol
- Stickers, glitter or confetti
- Firearms or weapons of any kind
- All persons and or bags are subject to search upon entry
- Guests are not permitted in identified restricted areas
- Banners and flags will not be permitted in the facility without prior approval. Handmade signs 24”x24” or smaller are acceptable. Warrior Ice Arena has the right to take down and remove any signage deemed inappropriate.
- Warrior Ice Arena is not responsible for any personal belongings
- Any damage caused to the facility is the monetary responsibility of the individual, their parents or legal guardians
Warrior Ice Arena reserves the right to define, modify and/or add rules and regulations as deemed appropriate. Guests that fail to abide by facility rules and regulations will be asked to leave the facility.
Public Skating: Warrior Ice Arena welcomes skaters of all ages and abilities. Helmets are recommended but not required. Pre-registration is encouraged and guarantees your spot when applicable. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, carrying children, speed skating, games, jumping or spinning, misuse of skating aids, and skating against the flow of traffic are prohibited. Program schedules are subject to change, and registered participants will be notified of any updates affecting their reservation.
Public Hockey: Guests of all ages and skill levels are welcome to participate. Full hockey equipment is required for all players. Public Hockey is designed to provide a safe and recreational environment for players to develop and practice individual skills, including skating, stickhandling, puck control, and shooting. Participation is limited to 25 players per session. Pre-registration is required for weekend sessions and is recommended whenever possible to secure your spot. Schedules are subject to change, and registered participants will be notified of any updates that may impact their reservation.
Freestyle: Intended for experienced figure skaters only and provides dedicated ice time to practice moves in the field (jumps, spins, and choreography). Skaters are required to repair any toe pick holes created during their session to help maintain ice quality and safety. Private coaches must provide proof of insurance and pay a coaching fee of $12 per 50-minute lesson. Public skating session passes are not valid for Freestyle sessions. Purchase a Freestyle season pass here.
- The use of this facility is conditioned on customer’s express consent to the use of his/her likeness, without compensation, in connection with all of the facility’s advertising, promotional and marketing activities.

- We welcome photography —feel free to bring your camera of choice.
- Photography is only permitted in publicly accessible areas.
- Please be respectful of other visitors and avoid obstructing walkways or exhibits while shooting.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 45 days prior to the program’s start date.
- If written notice is received between 45 and 30 days before the start date, refunds or registration transfers will be subject to a $250 administrative fee.
- Requests received within 30 days of the program’s start date are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
- All refund requests are subject to approval.
Hockey & LTS Weekly Instructional Programming– All refunds and registration transfers will be administered a $50 fee. Request hockey to pete.joyal@warrioricearena.com & skating to sasha@warrioricearena.com.
Youth Hockey & Rec Camps – All refunds and registration transfers will be administered a $250 fee. Request to Aubriel.Killion@warrioricearena.com.
Youth Summer League, Adult Leagues, Men & Women’s Warrior Cup Tournaments, and Warrior Development Program– All refunds and registration transfers will be administered a $150 fee. Request to pete.joyal@warrioricearena.com
All pro shop sales and public session sales are final and non-refundable.
