We see the importance of health, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and recovery strategies to help improve performance, energy levels, and overall balance. Warrior Wellness focuses on sustainable habits and practical education to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your everyday life. From athletes to parents, teens to adults, we’ve got something for everyone.
Team Development Sessions
Designed to educate and empower athletes through interactive discussions on nutrition, leadership, and overall well-being.
Each 1-hour session provides teams with practical tools and insights to strengthen their physical, mental, and social health — helping athletes become more resilient, confident, and well-rounded.
Topics include how to be a great teammate, leadership and communication skills, mental health awareness, and nutrition strategies to fuel performance. Coaches are encouraged to attend and engage as part of the learning experience, creating a united and growth-oriented team culture.

1:1 Wellness Sessions
Optimizing Health to Elevate Performance
Personalized, education-based sessions focused on health, wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle habits to support performance, energy, and overall well-being. Available in 30-minute or 60-minute formats.

Youth Nutrition & Training Program (Paused for Summer)
Designed specifically for athletes 9-14, this dynamic program focuses on key athletic components that directly enhance on-ice performance — including agility, speed, footwork, core strength, power, and conditioning.
Youth Nutrition Sessions (Summer Option)
Starting in May, we will be pausing our normal Youth Nutrition and Training Program, and replacing it with a summer variation! The difference will be that the summer variation will only be the classroom nutrition session. Each session combines discussion-based learning and applied tools focused on nutrition, sleep, training recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits. Great as an aftercare alternative for after camp!

Morgan is a health and nutrition educator dedicated to helping individuals and communities lead healthier, more balanced lives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Human Nutrition with a minor in Psychology from the University of Maine and a Master’s degree in Leadership & Administration from Boston College.
A former Division I Women’s Ice Hockey player, Morgan combines her athletic experience with expertise in nutrition and wellness. She founded the Nutrition & Lifestyle Program at Warrior Ice Arena, designing and delivering programs for athletes, families, and the community.
