Summer Youth Nutrition Sessions

Starting in May, we will be pausing our normal Youth Nutrition and Training Program, and replacing it with a summer variation! The difference will be that the summer variation will only be the classroom nutrition session. The training portion will pick back up in the fall!

These sessions will provide young athletes/individuals with practical education and real-world strategies to optimize performance, recovery, and everyday wellness. Each session combines discussion-based learning and applied tools focused on nutrition, sleep, training recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits. Content will be new each session so sign up for the week!

Program Details

  • Start 5/19 & 5/21
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays  4pm – 5pm
  • $35 per session – no long term commitment
  • Great as an aftercare alternative for after camp!
