Youth Hockey Camps

Week long camps during school vacations and summer months. Includes on and off-ice activities, at both WIA and the TRACK at new balance.

Our camps feature 2 on-ice sessions in the morning and afternoon. The morning portion will focus on skill development, while the afternoon skates will typically involve a scrimmage or other small area games for campers to apply the skills they learned in the morning.

This camp will cover puck control, creating scoring chances, defensive play, how to win corner battles, puck retrieval, break-out passes, defending one on ones and odd-man rushes, board play, closing the gap, shooting with a purpose, puck clears, defense skating, body positioning, and much more. The clinic will also include skating skills for skaters who want to work on their edge quality, control, transitions, and power skating.

After our on-ice sessions, we will head to the state-of-the-art and one of the largest track and field complexes in the world, the TRACK at new balance, where we will play games throughout the week such as kickball, soccer, tag, dodgeball, wiffle ball and more. Campers will also have individual and group time throughout the day. The campers will be introduced to stretching, off-ice agility, ladder footwork, core training, and more.

Other activities include bowling at American Flatbread & free time at Action Athletics. Food will be available for purchase each day of camp, but campers are permitted to bring their own food.
