Youth WIA Development Program

The Warrior Development Program is designed for squirts, peewees, and bantams players who are committed to taking their off-season training seriously and are looking to take their game to the next level.

We are tapping into our hockey network to bring together some of the best hockey minds in Boston to help your son or daughter reach their full potential. We will focus on skating, puck control, shooting, passing, and decision-making through a series of specially designed drills, personalized instruction, and small area games.  Every participant will be pushed outside of their comfort zone to develop new skills, improve their reaction time, and go back to their hockey program next fall as a better hockey player.

A large component of the program will focus on the off-ice component of being a hockey player. We will incorporate off-ice sessions that introduce participants to proper stretching and warm-up strategies and will administer off-ice discussions on several important topics for youth development. The topics include setting goals, being a good teammate, leadership, the impact of social media, the importance of being a complete athlete, how to recover, nutrition, how sleep can impact your life, and MUCH, MUCH more.
