NOTICE
The use of this facility is conditioned on customer’s express consent to the use of his/her likeness, without compensation, in connection with all of the facility’s advertising, promotional and marketing activities. If you would like to share your photos with our marketing team, please email marketing@warrioricearena.com.
REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 45 days prior to the program’s start date.
If written notice is received between 45 and 30 days before the start date, refunds or registration transfers will be subject to a $250 administrative fee.
Requests received within 30 days of the program’s start date are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
All refund requests are subject to approval.
Hockey & LTS Weekly Instructional Programming– All refunds and registration transfers will be administered a $50 fee. Request hockey to pete.joyal@warrioricearena.com & skating to sasha@warrioricearena.com.
Youth Hockey & Rec Camps – All refunds and registration transfers will be administered a $250 fee. Request to Aubriel.Killion@warrioricearena.com.
Youth Summer League, Adult Leagues, Men & Women’s Warrior Cup Tournaments, and Warrior Development Program– All refunds and registration transfers will be administered a $150 fee. Request to pete.joyal@warrioricearena.com
All pro shop sales and public session sales are final and non-refundable.
